The long anticipated week and half in the middle of second semester  is what most students at BV West look forward to all year long. Most families plan spring break months ahead of time to reserve and plan out their week vacay. Spring break trips across BV West range from relaxing trips on the beach to hiking-focused national park treks across America. Some students and families choose to go the other route during spring break which is staying home and working during the week of spring break. Often times you will find some of the seniors at Spanish-speaking resorts, like in Cancun or the Dominican Republic.

January and February can be hard months to get through because of the cold and the longing for summer, but as soon as spring break comes the school year comes closer and closer to an end. And for Seniors, after they return from spring break, they are on the final path to graduation. Everyone says 4th quarter flies by, so make it last while it counts.

Some of the most popular spring break destinations are Florida to relax on the beach or Colorado to shred some of the slopes. Most students look forward to spring break regardless if they are going anywhere or not simply because of the word itself, break. It is nice to get a much needed break to rejuvenate our brains and relax our bodies from the high stresses school and homework can bring.

Whether you are traveling the world this spring break or staying in and binge watching your favorite show on Netflix, spring break is much needed for students at BV West to simply relax without the stresses of essays and tests.
