The senior basketball players worked tirelessly throughout the season to improve their record. The season started out strong in November in 2018, however the team faced some obstacles when 3 out of the 4 seniors were injured. Senior Matt Cairns was among the injured and expressed his excitement to return to the sport.

“It was really unfortunate to miss a few games but I can’t wait to get back out there with the team” Cairns said.

‘Culture’ is a very important part of the game. Seniors tried to improve the culture and leave their legacy on the team. Senior Wyatt Stull has high expectations for the team and wants improvement for the program.

“Culture is a huge part of this program and we care a lot about it we are always doing the little things right” Stull said.

The energy and dedication of the new team has truly paid off, as they have surpassed their previous record of 7 wins within the first month of games. The seniors have carved a path for the incoming players and the future of the team awaits.
