With prom just around the corner, the days leading up to the dance bring a feeling of excitement to the upperclassmen at BV West. While prom is often viewed as a pivotal point in one’s high school career, it does not come without the stresses of planning all of the fine details leading up to the event.

Here are some tips, tricks, and general information which might prove handy for those who have not completely planned out their 2018 prom experience:

Dance Details:

Where: Children’s Mercy Park, 1 Sporting Way, Kansas City, KS 66111

When: Saturday, April 7, 8:30-11:30pm

Cost: $30 online or $40 at the door

Important Information:

If you are bringing an outside guest, you must fill out an “Outside Guest” form you can pick up from the main office. Forms must be turned in no later than Wednesday April 4. BV West photo IDs are required at the doors. The dance is open to juniors and seniors as well as one guest under 21 and at least a freshmen in high school.

Prom Checklist:
